Judicial Board
The Judicial Board oversees the proper interpretation, implementation, and enforcement of all SGA policies in situations outside the purview of the Executive Committee. This includes:
- Implementing sanctions of SGA Officers, including impeachments, academic and disciplinary probations, SGA infractions, and attendance violations.
- Ensuring that all SGA organizations, officers, and entities comply with SGA policy.
- Arbitrating formal appeals of SGA policies.
- Reviewing the decisions of all SGA entities and officers when necessary and providing remedies for violations of the Student Body Constitution of College policy.

Appeals Board
The Appeals Board holds second hearings when a Judicial Board decision is appealed. Membership of the Appeals Board is determined on a case-by-case basis and consists of the Judicial Board members who were not present for the first hearing of a case.
