The National Assessment of Collegiate Campus Climates (NACCC) staff survey took place in the spring of 2022

• Who: Current Skidmore staff are encouraged to complete the survey.
• When: March 22 through April 21, 2022.
• What: 20-minute quantitative, web-based survey.

The NACCC staff survey covers six content areas: 

1. Workplace mattering
2. Racial learning and literacy
3. Encounters with racial stress
4. Workplace equity
5. Appraisals of institutional commitment
6. Impact of external environments

Findings

Results from the staff survey are being reviewed by Human Resources and will be made available to the campus community in the fall of 2023.
