Jennifer's research includes stable isotope geochemisty, radionuclide dating of lake sediments, trace metal fate and transport in lake sediments, and field methods. Current interests include making introductory geosciences relevant and engaging for all students, the interdisciplinary understanding of geologic resources, and exploring the intersection of geosciences and visual art (including making lava on campus!).
