Karen began working at Skidmore College in 2019, joining the Skidmore Shop in 2022. Her responsibilities include supporting the senior academic materials associate and the Skidmore Shop team, working closely with the administrative manager as well as the director of brand communications and marketing. Karen’s primary duties include assisting the Shop in all aspects of the textbook unit, from in-store to online (skidmoreshop.com), beginning the process with faculty adoptions, textbook sales, textbook buyback, and everything in between.

In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband and daughter and they love to go camping.
