Help keep the arts alive and fund a young dancer's experience at Skidmore Summer Dance!
Each summer Skidmore Summer Dance hosts a top-level modern dance company during the month of June. Award-winning choreographers and their companies are invited to stay on campus, create work in our studios, perform in the community and teach an intensive workshop for pre-professional and professional level dancers. Young dancers in this program have the rare opportunity to study intensely with these world-renowned artists and receive top level training in Skidmore's state-of-the art facilities. A gift to the Summer Dance Workshop will ensure we continue to make this workshop available to aspiring young dancers who lack the funds to pay for this life-changing experience.
