Dining Facilities & Options

Since 1911, Skidmore Dining Services has provided students, faculty, staff and guests with quality dining options. Our dining facilities are comprised of 4 different locations:

Murray-Aikins Dining Hall offers our guests 3 meals a day with options in six different stations.  In addition it houses two beverage stations, a cereal and fruit station, a Belgian waffle maker, a bagel and grains station, and a bakery cart.

Atrium Cafe & Convenience Store is located at the entrance to the Murray-Aikins Dining Hall. The cafe offers delicious coffees, teas and fresh baked goods.  The convenience store provides the campus community with the best selection of groceries from staples to gourmet.  Frozen entrees, fresh produce and canned goods line the shelves, as well as cleaning supplies and health and beauty aids.  Deli sandwiches, salads, desserts and soft drinks are also available

The Spa located on the ground floor of Case Center, the Spa provides a variety of beverages, snacks and short-order grill items, including pizza and burgers.  The Spa also features a salad bar and a selection of sandwiches, wraps and fruit and vegetable platters.  Purchases made at the Spa are in addition to your applicable meal plan.

Burgess Cafe located on the second floor of Case Center, proudly serves Starbucks coffee, hot chocolate, and an assortment of other beverages, high end pastries, grab-n-go sandwiches, and light snacks.

Meal Plan Options for Guests

Full Board Option:  Guests can enjoy 3 meals a day in our dining hall for a flat daily rate. 

Bed & Breakfast Option:  Guests can enjoy breakfast in our dining hall prior to leaving campus for your off campus meetings

Dining Dollars:  All guests have the option of adding dining dollars to their ID cards. These dollars can be used in any of the dining facilities listed above.  If you have $10 or more left on your card at the time of your departure we can issue you a refund.
