Class of 1962

Susan Sambrook Berry '62 works for the U.S. Department of Commerce Commercial Service assisting businesses to export their products and services.

Carolyn Heft '62 as of June 2006 will be a practicing attorney for 40 years and has no intentions of retiring.

Diane Macht Solomon '62: "My proudest career accomplishments were in the field of interlibrary cooperation and adoption of new technologies. In my last eight years as executive director of the Tampa Bay Library Consortium, I provided the leadership that resulted in federal competitive grant funding and implementation of the Anywhere-Anytime Library for west central Florida. This model, award-winning project was designed as a prototype for the Florida Virtual/Electronic Library.

Valerie Burkhardt Tamis Marier '64 lives in Kennebunkport, Maine, and is a "happy housewife."


Class of 1965

Geraldine Neil Phillips '65: "My undergraduate major in American Government prepared me well for graduate study at the University of Pennsylvania. The federal government hired me right after completing requirements for my M.A. I eventually went to work as an archivist at the National Archives in Washington, D.C. Before retiring, I had risen to the position of deputy assistant archivist for the Office of Records Services for Washington, D.C.-area federal agencies."


Class of 1968

Letty Derman Thall '68 is currently director of research, policy and advocacy for the Maternity Care Coalition and vice president of the Pennsylvania Women's Campaign Fund.


Class of 1969

Mary Lee Duff ‘69 earned an MBA in finance and is a senior portfolio manager for high net worth individuals and institutions.
