Dates, Deadlines and Forms
Welcome London FYE students from the Class of 2026! We are very excited for you to spend your first semester at Skidmore College in London.
This calendar is a summary of the dates and deadlines found in the FYE London Checklist along with what forms and documents you will need to submit specifically for London FYE. Students should log into the FYE Checklist on the Registrar's Student System page for more details about these items.

| May 12 | Academic Interest Form |
| May 19 | Expository Writing Directed Self-Placement |
| May 26 | Quantitative Reasoning Diagnostic Placement |
| June 1 | London Scribner Seminar Selection Form due (in OCSE Applicant Portal) |
| Early June | Register your MyIESabroad London account (after you receive your log-in information by email in late May) |
| by June 6 | Placement Exams (if required). Any student that wants to take Calculus I in London must complete the Calculus placement exam prior to registration. See FYE London checklist for details. |
| June 15 | First month to enroll in installment payment plan (SCIP) |
| June 22 | London Course Preference survey opens (students will receive the link by email). Submit ASAP once the survey is available! |
| June 13-July 1 | Register for group flight. Arrival details and information about the group flight will be sent to students by mid-June. Please do not make any travel arrangements until you receive the group flight information. |
| July 1 | London post-acceptance forms due in the OCSE Applicant portal portal. |
| July 15 | Additional post-acceptance forms due in the IES Abroad portal portal. |
| July 1-August 15 | Photo Submission for Skidmore ID |
| August 1 | Skidmore College Health Forms (IMPORTANT: If you last physical was prior to August 2021, please make an appointment now to be sure you will be able to complete the required health forms by August 1.) Additional health forms required for London. |
| August 1 | Health Insurance Forms (online enroll/waive form) |
| August 1-August 31 |
Health Education Courses 1. Alcohol Wise 2. Marijuana Wise 3. Consent & Respect (Instructions and links will be sent to your Skidmore email on August 1st) |
| August 15 | Fall semester bill due/last day to enroll in installment payment plan (SCIP) |
