Doc Film - Mitochondria

Development/Production/Post-Production The Saratoga Film Academy will be producing a short documentary pro-bono on Mitochondria disease for the MITO Hope and Help Foundation. Looking for an intern to help out with all phases of the production. In development, assist in shaping the story and overall look and feel of the doc as well as attending pre-interviews with potential subjects, and compiling notes from research materials. In production, assist with camera work, sound, and lighting, help gather B-roll footage to accommodate interviews and narration. In post-production, be the assistant editor and help organize and log video files, identify key moments that help tell the story, and assem-ble rough cuts of scenes. Looking for 1 or 2 students with basic development, production, and post-production knowledge. Will train self-motivated enthusiastic individuals. Must be a great problem-solver, listener, de-tailed oriented, and reliable. Flexible weekly time commitment, can work within your schedule, looking for a minimum of 2-3 days a week.
