Equipment Delivery to Classrooms
Media Services will deliver and set up equipment in the classrooms. While we try to honor all requests for equipment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice for any setups. Many rooms already contain audio video equipment.
Note: The Media Group will not deliver large equipment (e.g., 25" monitors, computer carts, etc.) to any areas not accessible to people with disabilities.

Sign-out of Equipment
Media Services has equipment available for sign-out to faculty, staff and students. All equipment to be checked out must be entered by us in our computer database. Students and employees must have a valid Skidmore ID. Classroom educational projects always take precedence over all other uses. Media Services retains the right to call back equipment at any time when it is needed for such purposes.
It is the responsibility of the borrower to return the equipment in good working order on its due date by 4 p.m. unless otherwise agreed.
A five dollar ($5) charge will accrue on each separate piece of equipment for every day it is late.
