Support Horse welfare while competing at participating Regional, National & Premier horse shows and achieve recognition in the official USEF
standings for:
Best Junior on a Pony, Best Junior on a Horse, Best Amateur, Best Professional.
The winners are selected from among the exhibitors entered in Best Performance Competition at the participating horse show and wearing our official
Armband while competing in any division, who, in the opinion of the judges, exhibit the best overall competitive performance at the show.
Winners accumulate points based on the number of class entries at the show in the official USEF BPC standings.

Entry Fee: $185 (Week I only)
Open to horses ridden by Amateur and Junior Riders. Entries must have shown in at least two classes in the either the Children’s Hunter Section or Adult
Amateur Hunter Section at this show. The class will be a two round derby over a 3’ course. The first round will be a Classic type course and the second
round will be a handy course. Horses may not cross enter into any “AA” Rated Hunter Section at this show. Proper Attire Required.

PONY HUNTER CLASSIC
Entry Fee: $50
Open to all pony/rider combinations that have competed in the Small, Medium, or Large Pony Hunter section at this show. Fences will be set at the
appropriate height according to each section. Each competitor will jump one round over a course of hunter type fences. The first round will be the
second over fences class of each section. Open Numerical Scoring System must be used in the first round, with each rider's score announced at the
completion of their round. The 10 horses with the highest scores from the first round will return, lowest scores first, to jump a second round over a
modified course. The average scores of both rounds will determine the overall placing. Ponies will be jogged for soundness. Proper Attire Required.

Horse Show I and II. To be shown over an equitation type course of obstacles at 3’6”. Open numeric score in the first round; the top four or 20% of the
riders, whichever is greater, are required to perform two tests, (USEF 1-19). A jacket will be presented to the winning Rider and Trainer

Grand Prix declarations are due by 12:00 PM Friday June 19.
To be eligible for this class, the horse must be entered in at least one other class at
this show. In order to compete, horses must be on the show grounds 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the class. USEF rules in effect and horses
must be recorded. Within the 24 hour period prior to the class, horses must have their numbers displayed at all times. Schooling will be restricted to a
designated area only. No Poling or offsets. Rider IHP dues required. Formal attire required. Rider/Horse bios required. Riders must ride for ribbons.

to horses of any age that are eligible to compete as a pre-green hunter under Federation rules. Horses must be enrolled in the USHJA Pre-Green
Incentive Program and pay the annual enrollment fee prior to competing and in order to participate in the Pre-Green Stake classes.
Horses may only be
enrolled online and if enrolled during a competition, the horse’s enrollment date will be considered the first day of the competition at which it was
enrolled.
It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to enroll his horse in a timely manner in order to be eligible to participate.

their round. The 12 horses with the highest scores from the first round will return, lowest scores first, to jump a second round over a modified course.
The average scores of both rounds will determine the overall placing. The highest individual overall score from the Junior and Amateur Owner Hunter

This class does not count towards any division or section championship, but
does offer Bonus Classic points toward USEF Horse of the Year Awards.
