Grad Fair

Coming up in April 2014 will be Grad Fair, hosted by Alumni Affairs and College Events. This two day event held on Tuesday, April 15, 3-7 pm and Wednesday, April 16, 12-4 pm will bring together many of the administrative offices that seniors would otherwise have to visit individually to finalize all their paperwork and requirements to assure that they can graduate.  Although Grad Fair is not mandatory, participation is strongly encouraged. The senior needs to choose either Tuesday OR Wednesday to attend, whichever day works for them!

Participating Offices:

Alumni Affairs and College Events - Welcomes you to the Alumni Association and learn about what your Alumni Association can do for you...and receive a gift from the office. Alumni Affairs and College Events office also provides all the information you need for Commencement Weekend.

Bursar - Finalizes any remaining financial responsibilities between you and the College.

Career Development - Offers important information on researching or securing a job after graduation.

Dean of Faculty - Creates the phonetic spelling of your name and provides the card that you will present to the readers on stage at graduation.

Financial Aid - Finalize your Financial Aid loan information and complete an exit interview.

GradImages Photography - Offers the opportunity for seniors to have a professional studio photo included in their packet of graduation day photos. Seniors are given advanced notice of this opportunity and asked to dress appropriately for the photo shoot.  A cap and gown are provided for the photo.

Library - Reminds you of your outstanding library books and fines.

Senior Class - Provides the Senior Week Schedule and distributes a senior class memento.

 

Don't miss the refreshments that will be served throughout the two day program. 

Also, upon completion of the program, you will be entered to win one of several door prizes donated by each office and GradImages.
