Snow Removal Policy "The Snow Plan"
When the Snow Plan is enacted, the community will be notified by e-mail and SUNS text message.
Day 1
- Commuter lots and Arts Quad A (Zankel Lot) will be plowed.
- Vehicles parked in Overnight lots must be moved to Commuter lots or Arts Quad A (Zankel Lot) between 4 p.m. and 11:59 p.m.
Day 2
- All remaining lots will be plowed.
- Commuters, faculty and staff may find their traditional parking lot full. However, there will be available parking in the Overnight lots and Arts Quad A (Zankel Lot).
- The Campus will return to normal parking and driving regulations at 4 p.m.
- Students will need to move their vehicles back to an overnight parking lot by 11:59 p.m.
ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PARKED IN A DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE
ANY VEHICLES PARKED IN VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY ARE SUBJECT TO TICKETING AND/OR TOWING AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE WITHOUT NOTICE!
Snow Plan Schedule

When the snow plan is implemented, the college community will be notified by e-mail and SUNS. Generally snow removal takes place between 12 a.m. and 7 a.m. each day. Residential students are required to move their vehicles to commuter lots or Arts Quad A (Zankel Lots) after 4 p.m. of Day 1.

Commuters, faculty and staff will be required to park in overnight lots when they arrive on campus on Day 2.
Vehicles parked on campus, including Sussman Village and Northwoods Apartments, must move back to their respective parking lots by 11:59 p.m. of Day 2.
**No courtesy calls will be made.**
Vehicles not moved are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
