Locating the IPA Palette on the Macs:

1) If the U.S. flag icon is displayed in the upper left of the menu bar, click on the flag and select "Show IPA Palette".

2) If the flag is not visible or the IPA Palette is not listed, go to the Apple Menu ->System Preferences and click on International:

3) In International, select Input Menu and check the box next to IPA Palette:

The flag should now appear on the menu bar in the Finder and you should be able to select the IPA Palette.
