How to record voice on the computers

Open the Audio X progam by clicking on the
icon. -
Open the Record Window.

Give your file a name but leave the .mov extension.

Use the Plantronics headset microphone to record.

Click on the green Record button to begin recording.

Click on the red Stop button to end recording.

Click on the Close button to close the Recording Window.

Your file will appear in the list in the AudioX window.
-
Select your file and click on Export.
-
Accept the "Do not convert" default.
-
Save your file to the desktop.
-
Burn your file to a CD or save to a portable drive.
- Recordings are roughly 10 mb per minute and are in QuickTime format.
